A lifelong coach at heart, Rosa spent more than three decades coaching youth soccer. That experience shaped her belief that everyone has untapped potential and that growth happens when people are supported, encouraged, and willing to stretch beyond their comfort zone.
Now, Rosa is taking that same courage and vision into a new chapter — expanding her impact beyond traditional roles and launching Altivus Coaching & Consulting. What began as a lifelong passion for mentoring has evolved into a purposeful opportunity to share her knowledge, experience, and lessons learned with those seeking personal and career growth. She sees this step not simply as starting a business, but as answering a calling to help others rise.
Family is at the center of Rosa’s life. Her children and grandchildren are her greatest inspiration and the reason she is deeply committed to helping others become the best version of themselves. They remind her daily why leadership matters — and why character matters even more.
